Three fishermen of the same type become one of the next tier. The confirmed first result is one Mackerel Tier 2 from three Sardine Tier 1.
Fix a restaurant that stopped paying
Walk the loop backward from the green pad: uncollected cash, fish still in your hands, an empty catch counter, or a crew you just merged away.
